The South Davis Sewer District was established in 1959 by Davis County as an independent special district to provide wastewater services to southern Davis County and is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees. Five trustees are appointed—one by each city within the District’s boundaries (Bountiful, Centerville, North Salt Lake, West Bountiful, and Woods Cross)—and two trustees are elected at large every four years.
