South Davis Sewer District (SDSD) invites qualified consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications for professional services to provide a feasibility study to consolidate the North Treatment Plant (NTP) and the South Treatment Plant (STP). The Scope of Services section is intended to provide a snapshot of required work for the project, but may be adjusted during pricing negotiations.

Deadline for submittal of questions is May 30, 2025, at 10:30 AM. All questions shall be submitted in writing to: Matthew Myers, General Manager, Email: mmyers@sdsdut.gov.

Closing Date for Receipt of Statements of Qualification (SOQs) is June 6, 2025, at 2:00 PM. SOQs will only be accepted by email and must be sent to mmyers@sdsdut.gov with “SDSD Treatment Consolidation Feasibility Study RFSQ” in the email subject line.

Notification of Addenda for this solicitation will be posted here. Proposers shall acknowledge all Addenda in their SOQ. It is the responsibility of the Proposers to confirm receipt of their Qualifications proposals.
